ABOUT US
ARKONA ALLIED CONTAINER GmbH & Co. KG (AAC) is an international chartering company managing a modern, high-performance container fleet. Active worldwide, AAC operates dynamically across chartering, sale and purchase, project development, and pool management.
AAC was founded in June 2018 by ARKON Shipping GmbH & Co. KG, Allied Feederships Chartering GmbH & Co. KG, and a number of well-known shipping companies. We currently manage over 100 container vessels.
We offer our clients a wide range of maritime services with a focus on container shipping. In doing so, we place great importance on trustworthy, transparent, and collaborative partnerships between the container lines and shipping companies we serve.
Our goal is to develop cost-efficient, innovative, and sustainable solutions — drawing on our extensive experience and long-standing industry contacts, particularly in container short-sea and feeder trades. In doing so, we aim to lay the foundation for a future-ready and sustainable container shipping industry.
AAC is open to welcoming additional shareholders, provided they contribute vessels that meaningfully complement the existing fleet.
